A letter from our founder.

I started my career in management consulting at Ernst & Young, then spent over a decade in B2B data analytics and technology business development. Along the way I built AppFirms, a software development firm, and learned what it takes to ship products that actually move the needle for clients. Today I work as an M&A advisor and investor — and I kept seeing the same gap everywhere I looked.

Commercial real estate was the widest gap of all. Brokers managing $200M+ pipelines were still toggling between CoStar tabs, permit portal PDFs, and spreadsheet trackers. The intelligence existed — it just wasn't connected, curated, or actionable.
